***Vallarta Breeze Yoga Cancellation and Refund Policy***
To preserve the integrity of our studio environment and honor the energy Jai and Manuel put into preparing the studio space and into each class, we require all students to register in advance. Our online reservation system exists to ensure space, allow for thoughtful class setup, and give Jai and Manuel a moment of calm before guiding your practice. When students arrive unannounced, cancel last minute, or No-Show, it disrupts this balance we’ve worked for. With that in mind the following is our reservation policy:
Unlimited Class Pass Holders
Reservation Deadline
- You must register at least 1 hour before class begins, a day before is thoughtful.
- If you miss this window, you will not be permitted to attend.
Same-Day Cancellations
- If you cancel a class on the same day three times within a 30-day period, you will:
- Lose online scheduling privileges
- Be required to reserve directly with Jai or Manuel
- Remain on your current pass, but will not qualify for renewal
Late Cancellations aka No-Show with Heads Up (<1 hour before class)
- You will lose 3 days of validity from your class pass.
No-Shows
- You will lose 7 days of validity from your pass.
- You will be banned from using the online scheduler and must reserve directly with Jai or Manuel.
- If you no-show twice within 30 days, your pass will be terminated without refund, and you will no longer be invited to attend classes with us.
Non-Pass Holders
Reservations Required
- All students must register in advance, regardless of pass status.
No-Shows
- You will lose online scheduling privileges and must reserve directly with Jai or Manuel.
- You are responsible for paying for the missed class at your next visit.
- If you no-show twice within 30 days, you will no longer be invited to attend classes with us.
Same-Day Cancellations
- If you cancel a class on the same day three times within a 30-day period, you will:
- Lose online scheduling privileges
- Be required to reserve directly with Jai or Manuel
- Be disqualified from receiving discounts or participating in package offers

Workshops & Special Events: For our workshops and events we require a cancellation notice at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event start time will not be eligible for a refund.
Private Sessions: For individual private sessions, we require a cancellation notice at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time will not be eligible for a refund. 48 hours for private group sessions.
200hr YTT and Add-Ons: To be eligible for a refund, cancelation must be requested in writing no later than 72 hours after registration is made.
Special Cases:
In case a student needs to withdraw from a program due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other circumstances that make it impractical for the student to complete the course, the program will at the discretion of school management provide a refund deemed reasonable and fair by school management.
Please note that all cancellations with the exception of the 200hr YTT must be made through our online booking system.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. It helps us to ensure we are providing the best classes and service possible while also treating ourselves with the respect that we deserve.
