What to Expect in a Reclaim-90 Session
Each 90-minute session is fully customized for you and typically includes:
1. Movement & Postural Assessment (10–15 min)
We begin by identifying imbalances, compensations, and alignment issues through a functional movement screen and postural analysis.
2. Corrective Activation & Patterning (20–25 min)
Using targeted corrective exercises and yoga-informed alignment cues, we retrain foundational movement patterns and activate underused muscle groups.
3. Functional Strength Training (30 min)
We build strength through intentional, breath-led movement with a focus on proper mechanics, core control, and postural awareness. We use bodyweight, suspension training, resistance bands, and dumbbells.
4. Mobility Flow & Pose Refinement (15–20 min)
This integrative segment blends yoga-based mobility work with breathwork and pose refinement to reinforce new patterns and support nervous system recovery.
5. Personalized Homework Plan (5–10 min)
You’ll leave with a simple, targeted plan of corrective exercises and yoga-based practices to continue your progress between sessions.
