I encourage you to grab a personal resistance training time slot! My husband and I just gave up a lovely Monday/Wednesday/Friday 12:30 slot as we are heading back north. We have been training as a couple for almost 10 years now (we're 64) - always with a personal trainer to guide and support us and hold us accountable.
