$120 per 4-week cycle

Designed for individuals who want help applying nutrition recommendations in real life. Coaching focuses on accountability, habit development, calorie adjustments, and overcoming challenges that arise between appointments.

Includes:

  • Weekly check-ins (4 total)
  • Up to 4 optional Zoom coaching sessions
  • Nutrition and calorie adjustments
  • Progress monitoring
  • Unlimited email and WhatsApp support
  • End-of-cycle progress review

Fitness Coaching

$120 per 4-week cycle

Designed for individuals who want a structured training program, expert guidance, and accountability. Workouts are customized to your goals, experience level, schedule, and available equipment. Take the plan with you to the gym or use the equipment you have around the house.

Includes:

  • Personalized training program
  • 3–5 workouts per week
  • Workout tracking through your client portal
  • Progress monitoring using workout performance data
  • Weekly check-ins (4 total)
  • Up to 4 optional Zoom coaching sessions
  • Unlimited email and WhatsApp support
  • End-of-cycle progress review

Best for: Building strength, enhancing physical appearance, improving fitness, increasing consistency, and developing sustainable training habits.

Wellness Coaching

Most Comprehensive Option $180 per 4-week cycle

Wellness Coaching combines both Nutrition Coaching and Fitness Coaching into a single integrated program. Nutrition, training, recovery, and lifestyle factors are all reviewed together to provide a more complete approach to health and performance.

Includes everything in Nutrition Coaching and Fitness Coaching, including:

  • Weekly nutrition coaching and accountability
  • Personalized calorie and nutrition adjustments
  • Personalized training program
  • 3–5 workouts per week

  • Up to 4 optional Zoom coaching sessions

Step 2: Receive Your Personalized Plan

Based on your assessment, you’ll receive recommendations and a clear strategy aligned with your goals.

Step 3: Start Coaching

Over the next four weeks, you’ll receive ongoing support, accountability, and adjustments based on real-world results.

Step 4: Review Progress and Continue as long as you wish to progress

At the end of each coaching cycle, we’ll review your progress and determine the best next steps for continued success.
