How do you respond to structure and rules? I respect them and understand their purpose I prefer to do things my own way I often question or resist them4. How do you handle discomfort or challenge? I lean in and work through it I avoid it when possible I tend to complain or disengage5. How do you view the role of support staff (housekeeping, laundry, etc.)? I’m deeply grateful and respectful I expect things to be taken care of I rarely think about them6. When community resources like towels or beverages are available, how do you respond? I take only what I truly need, mindful of others and the effort behind it I enjoy them freely—it’s part of the experience I take what I want—if I don’t, someone else will7. How do you approach punctuality and trainer time? I arrive early and honor the trainer’s time and energy I try to be on time but don’t stress about it I often run late—it’s just how I operate8. How do you respond when spiritual teachings challenge your personal beliefs or worldview? I welcome the discomfort and reflect deeply, even if it shifts my perspective I listen with curiosity but prefer to keep my current beliefs intact I feel defensive or resistant when teachings contradict what I already believe
