In the ebb and flow of life, we understand that circumstances can shift like the tides. With this in mind, we have crafted the following cancellation and Refund policy:

3. Workshops & Special Events: For our workshops and events we require a cancellation notice at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event start time will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Private Sessions: For individual private sessions, we require a cancellation notice at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time will not be eligible for a refund. 48 hours for private group sessions.

5. 200hr YTT and Add-Ons: To be eligible for a refund, cancelation must be requested in writing no later than 72 hours after registration is made.

Special Cases:

In case a student needs to withdraw from a program due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other circumstances that make it impractical for the student to complete the course, the program will at the discretion of school management provide a refund deemed reasonable and fair by school management.

Please note that all cancellations with the exception of the 200hr YTT must be made through our online booking system.
